How we work
We receive your pack and perform a full visual and voltage inspection to assess damage.
Every cell is tested for capacity and internal resistance. Bad cells are identified and tagged.
Faulty cells replaced with matched cells. Welds re-done to factory standard with nickel strips.
BMS reconfigured, balanced, and tested under load to ensure full protection is active.
Final load test and capacity report issued. Warranty activated and pack returned to you.
