Yes, absolutely. In most cases, a "dead" battery pack isn't entirely dead; rather, one or two cell modules have degraded or drifted out of balance, triggering the BMS safety shut-off. We locate and replace only the degraded cell modules, balance the voltage across the entire pack, and recalibrate the BMS parameters. This restores the pack's capacity at a fraction of the cost of a full replacement.
The cost of rebuilding scooter (36V, 48V, 60V, 72V) or three-wheeler batteries in Sri Lanka depends on the pack's voltage, target capacity (Ah), and the cells chosen (e.g. Samsung, LG, or Eve cylindrical cells).
