Can a dead electric vehicle (EV) or hybrid battery pack be repaired in Sri Lanka?

Yes, absolutely. In most cases, a "dead" battery pack isn't entirely dead; rather, one or two cell modules have degraded or drifted out of balance, triggering the BMS safety shut-off. We locate and replace only the degraded cell modules, balance the voltage across the entire pack, and recalibrate the BMS parameters. This restores the pack's capacity at a fraction of the cost of a full replacement.

How much does it cost to rebuild an electric scooter or e-bike battery pack?
